Demi Lovato Rocked The Arena on July 9th, 2009

The screams from the arena can be heard from outside. By the shouting of her name, it sounded like Demi Lovato was doing her sound check. As the drums echoed throughout, my hear began to pound. The day I've been waiting for has finally arrived. Demi Lovato's World Tour of 2009 had finally reached Glendale, Arizona with special guests David Archuleta and KSM.

The arena darkened as the screams filled the air. Strobe lights flashed in colors of blue and white. KSM's Banner was center stage, in the view of everyone around. If you haven't heard of KSM, you've been missing out. This all girl group is made up of friends Kate, Shae, Shelby, Sophia and Katie. You may have heard their take on the song I Want You To Want Me on ABC Family's 10 Things I Hate About You.

The girls came out looking fabulous. Their own styles came together as one. Lead singer Shelby has style and an amazing set of pipes. She came out wearing a dress which had black on top and a beautiful black and white design on the bottom. She paired this with black tights and red high top sneakers. Sophia, who rocks out on the bass, was wearing a beautiful mid length white and grey dress. She paired this with black ripped tights and ankle high black boots.

KSM is most definitely an amazing band. They have style, personality and some killer songs. My personal favorite is I Want You To Want Me. They put their own flare on it and the song was incredible. After the show, the girls were nice enough to pose for pictures and autographs. Below is a picture of KSM and I. They are amazing.

It was time for the arena to darken again, girls were shouting his name. Everyone was extremely excited to have American Idol's sweetheart, David Archuleta in sunny Arizona. The anticipation was killing me as I waiting for his entrance. A big sheet was draped over the front of the stage. All of a sudden, a spotlight centered on the sheet. David Archuleta's silhouette was all that could be seen. He opened with Touch My Hand which he performed amazingly. He can really connect with the audience.

David Archuleta performed each song with grace and he seemed to be singing to each member of the audience. His laughter filled the arena as he accidentally spilled his drink. At this moment, it was clear he was just a normal teenager living his dream. On his last song, he dedicated it to everyone who supported him and everyone who believed in him. David's performance was one I will never forget.

Intermission was my least favorite part of the show. There was a 20 minute break as Demi Lovato's band was setting up. I could hear the laughter and excitement of everyone around me. Music began playing, songs such as Before The Storm by Miley Cyrus and Nick Jonas had everyone singing along and waiting for the main act to appear on stage. Just as I got back to my seat, I heard clapping and shouting of her name. Demi Lovato's band began playing an unrecognizable tune, which lead into La La Land. Her entrance, through the stage, was one of the most amazing things I had every witnessed before.

Demi Lovato looked fabulous, her first outfit consisting of a gorgeous green fitted top with a glittery white vest. She paired this with simple black jeans and amazing boots. Impressive as she is, she managed to dance around the stage and maintain her self the entire time. She can sure put on a show. At one point, she pulled a member of the audience on stage, a little girl. Demi asked the young lucky fan to sing the chorus of This Is Me. Both Demi and the little girl did an amazing job.

During her songs, you can feel emotions run through your veins. From Two World's Collide, to U Got Nothin' On Me; Demi Lovato kept everyone wanting more. While she never remained still during her performance, her voice only hit one note; perfection. You can see the dedication she has in each picture taken.

As soon as she left the stage, shouts of Demi Lovato began echoing throughout. In as little as two minutes, Demi appeared again, wearing a gorgeous black dress, tied the middle with a red belt. She put on black tights and black ankle boots. In this outfit, she sang her final two songs Don't Forget and Get Back. Demi Lovato sure did rock the stage in Arizona and it will be a memory I will cherish forever.
